Return Policy

Third Eye Cacao Return Policy

At Third Eye Cacao, we take great care in sourcing and crafting our ceremonial-grade cacao, ensuring it arrives to you in its purest form. Our cacao is a naturally preserved, shelf-stable food product with a technical 10-year shelf life, making it highly resilient to environmental factors.

Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges, even in cases where the cacao has melted during transit. Rest assured, melting does not affect the quality or potency of the cacao—simply allow it to solidify at room temperature or gently break it into pieces for use.

That said, if your package arrives with physical damage or a defect in the product itself, we are happy to work with you to find a resolution. If the damage occurred during shipping, we recommend filing a claim with the postal service responsible for delivery. However, if you believe there is an issue with the actual product, please reach out to us at [your contact email], and we will review your concern with care.

We deeply appreciate your trust in Third Eye Cacao and your understanding of the delicate nature of this sacred plant medicine. Thank you for being part of this journey with us. 💛✨

With gratitude,
The Third Eye Cacao Team

What Makes Our Cacao Different?

We only source from biodynamic heirloom and permaculture farms screen lab results to ensure there are no pesticides or toxins

We cold crumbled our cacao paste into a powder, leaving all of its nutrients and medicinal benefits

We partner with small farmers and women cooperatives that help give back to the community

The majority of cacao made in the world has no smell. Only 4.7% has aroma and this is what we source.
